What information we collect
We will only collect information relevant to our business relationship with you. The information we collect will include your contact details; personal details such as name, address, phone numbers; email address; drivers licence; information about your use of our products and services; and in some instances where requested by you, your financial information including credit card details. For all customers we record all instances of access to the storage complex as well as a record of all transactions.
How this information is used
We will limit the use of your personal information to:
- Carrying out business which includes your account management and our product research and analysis
- Fulfilling our legal requirements (for example, disclosure to law enforcement agencies or the courts)
At all times we will ensure your personal information is kept secure and confidential (Only authorised employees of Australian Mobile Storage will have access to your personal information; We will not retain any information for any longer that it is required by us to fulfil our legal obligations).
Collecting information via Internet
We only collect personal information from the web that is provided voluntarily by you – for example when you fill in a form requesting information about our products or services or supply us with your email address. When you visit our website, our Internet Service Provider (ISP) makes a record of your visit and records the following information: Your internet address, your domain name if applicable and the time and date of your visit
When you apply for general or storage information on line we may request personal information such as your name, address, email address, phone numbers, drivers licence and details applying to your particular request.
